The host never supplied access info for the property so we had to cancel and request a refund. We arrived in Melbourne with no where to stay, me and my 12yo son. Absolutely appalled

Horrible experience - the property is hosted by VRBO and was not actually available. I’ve put 1 star for everything as N/A is not an option. There was no communication from the host at any stage, however VRBO will not start a cancellation or refund process until after check in time. And they expect you to present to verify that you can’t get in. I am still chasing the refund and have lodged a dispute with my bank.
