Sleeping up to six people, this modern beach cottage is your home away from home on your visit to the peninsula. Enjoy our nearby local cafe, or take your pick from the incredible array of restaurants, bars and cafes in Main St, just 25 minutes walk or a short drive away.

The interior is bright and open, with fresh whites and all-new kitchen and appliances. There is ample space for relaxing and entertaining with two living/dining spaces and cosy bar seating in the kitchen.

The perfect base for your time in Mornington, this beach cottage is right on the doorstep of beautiful tranquil beach walks and reserves. You will love the homely, attractive space and convenient, stunning location.

You get the whole place to yourselves! There is a small verandah that is covered at the back of the property with comfy seating. Also, a separate laundry and the dining, kitchen and living are open plan.

Such a cosy space for us, we loved the back deck and easy access to bus routes, Mornington shops, and the shore. The house was well kept, comfortable, and quite clean. Unfortunately one of the bedrooms has no windows, and the kitchen space is small with a few utensils for use. However it was perfect for our needs and we had a lovely stay to celebrate the end of school exams. Thank you!

Location, location, location.

Perfect location close to the beach and a 30 minute walk to Mornington main street. Local cafe (Lilo), with excellent coffee, a 15 minute walk. The property has excellent amenities including washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Everything provided in the kitchen for cooking. My only criticism was with regard to the cleanliness and general preservation of the property. I feel the property especially the kitchen area would need a deep clean. The shelves and drawers for storage were all quite dirty. While the sheets on the beds might have been clean, there were hairs etc on the outer covers! The bedclothes were washed out and drab looking. I contacted the owner the morning after our arrival and she apologised and sent some cleaning products and refunded two nights of our 15 night stay. A lovely little beach house in a perfect position but some attention to detail required. ay.

Great value just off the Esplanade

Compact villa unit, excellent value, very clean and 2 min walk to foreshore with steps leading to a secluded beach/cove. Need transport to Mornington centre although there’s a great cafe (Lilo) in walking distance.

Great little place and so close to the beaches, activities and dining. Quiet neighbourhood with friendly locals. Kids really enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave!

Cleanliness of unit very good. Would suggest only that pots/cutlery be checked for cleanliness too. Suggested improvement - have a shelf in the shower cubical and heater in bathroom. Not lux but cosy and attractive.
