Welcome to Charming Sea Side Cottage in Rye!
This super cottage provides the perfect base for a beach holiday with family or friends. Styled with a coastal vibe surrounded by leafy gardens, this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house sleeps up to 6.
A short walk to cafes & a stroll to the beach. The house is also close to fabulous vineyards, the award winning Peninsula Hot Springs & the golf courses of the Mornington Peninsula.
Wifi, linen included and pets are welcome in our fully fenced & secure yard.
Porta cot & high chair available.

Bedroom One: Queen bed with room for a porta cot and built in robe. (heating and fan)
Bedroom two: Queen bed and single bunk. (heating & fan)

Bathroom with separate toilet and shower.
Living with large air-conditioner and heater that cools and heats the entire house.
A fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, stove & fridge.
Porta-cot and highchair always available

Table tennis table, fully fenced front and back yard
Free secure off street parking for 2 cars.

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

We do not allow Buck's / Hen's parties or end of High School Getaways / Schoolies.

Well behaved pet welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure. Extra charges apply if this is not done.

SPRINGS AWAY
It was a lovely clean cottage. Beautiful location close to the Alba. Ideal for our first time visiting Fingal and the Mornington Peninsula. Lovely place to stay with close proximity to all the fabulous eateries and beaches. We really enjoyed our stay in the Rio Vista Court in such a cute cottage. Would definitely do this again. Thanks to team in Rye.

Beautiful property with lovely fenced garden and front porch. Enjoyed time playing games and relaxing after daily walks along the beach. Everything was on hand, definitely want to come back

Fabulous getaway
Gorgeous, quaint cottage in a quiet location. Beautiful outdoor areas to enjoy. Neat and and clean with all amenities. Close to all attractions on the Mornington Peninsula, although own transport is required. Will definitely be coming back!

Cute little home!
Just returned from a long weekend at this cute little home. Was there with my partner and 3 kids. Plenty of room for everyone. Clean, great assortment of games and activities and plenty of outdoor space. Would recommend and come back to this property.
