The opposite wing boasts two further cleverly designed dual bedrooms (with queen and separate bunks in each), an additional master/guest suite, and a fabulous games room (fireplace not to be used). Flanked by magnificently landscaped garden surrounds, the grounds also offer two sun decks, an outdoor wet-access toilet/shower, and dual street access.

Also featured is a secure and self-cleaning salt/solar pool, gas-heated spa, plumbed outdoor BBQ/wok burner/sink, split system heating/cooling, gas log fireplace, spacious laundry, double carport and off-street parking for 4 cars.
