It's in between 2 theatre venues (Her Majesty on Exhibition St & Princess on Spring St) Chinatown, lots of popular eateries, bars, Parliament House nearby, parks, Parliament train station, trams that go to other suburbs & in & around the cbd area, St Patrick's Cathedral, Exhibition Building, lots of hotel with lovely restaurants in them for drinks & snacks, high tea & just too many other things to mention!

Would definitely stay here again when in Melbourne. Great location, lovely staff, really comfortable bed, and very clean overall. The hotel smelled so lovely as soon as you walked in!

I initially chose the Lancemore due to its location, price and cleanliness. On arrival I was not disappointed, the quality and cleanliness of the rooms matched the online pictures and the room was spacious and immaculately clean. I will definitely stay there again during my next visit.

Great hotel in the theatre precinct

Great place to stay if you are going to the theatre, so close and convenient. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Room was nice with a very comfortable bed.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lancemore! Perfect location in the heart of china towb, so easy to walk everywhere in the CBD. Room very nice and beds comfortable, clean and lovely staff. Highly recommend. Just a note, mag ve difficult in wheelchairs to enter the hotel, stair access and cherry picker next to stairs for those who can’t use stairs but a bit small not sure if bigger wheelchairs would fit.
