Room 3509 is very worn, stains & worn carpet pretty much everywhere, marks on the doors floors walls,every towel rack is about to fall off, the front door whistle a lot if the windows open if it stays open, the pipes in the tv wall chatters all night the ac barely works, fan speed stuck on auto how ever, view is awesome, check in was ez, pick up key from Asian shop across from woolies, outdoor heated pool is sick, we had a good stay, location is ok, room just needs a big make over & would be excellent. Get a feed at Rozas if ur in southbank

Great two bedroom two bathroom option in Melbourne. Rooms are good sizes and the bathrooms as well! Well presented on arrival The communication was fantastic and we were responded to very efficiently and the team were kind :) location is great and BWS and Woolies are just downstairs! I’d return for another stay

Nice apartment with beautiful views. Probably won’t stay there again as it was difficult to use the building’s facilities. We weren’t allowed to use pool/spa/gym without induction. Check in is at 2pm and Induction time is at 7pm so we missed a day of access to the pool.

New apartment with nice views but a broken lounge chair and washing machine. However the worst thing was no double glazing despite being right on a freeway. Made it very hard to get any good sleep.

The room is very poor, the couch was broken, the carpet is very dirty and there were black stains in the main bedroom. All the walls are dirty and marked, the light switch in the main bedroom is behined the bed head. We could not find it until we called the host, the room wasn't ready ontime, we had to wait for it to be cleaned for couple of hours. The tap in the kitchen sink was broken and very loose. The dish washer had dirty dishes from previous guests that wasn't cleaned, the bathroom in the main bedroom had a really bad smell that we had to spray all the time.There is a lot of information that should have been disclosed when making the booking, such as induction to be able to use the pool or spa, they don't supply the pool towels.... there is no front desk that can help in any situation.

No communication and I had to go through Wotif just to get a reply. Will never book here for corporate stays again

Really disappointed! Unaware we had to complete an induction to be able to use the gym and pool! Induction only held at certain times and not during our 2 night stay so we were unable to use the facilities! These were a main reason for us booking here!

Very dissapointed with communication about the need to attend an induction before gaining access to pool. We stayed 3 nights and could not use the facilities at all due to there being only 1 induction time of 7pm. This means you cannot use the pool the first day you are there and if you miss the induction because you have other plans you cannot use the pool at all on the second day because the only time is 7pm. There really should be a time early in the day so people staying have time to actually attent the induction before they have to leave.

Not Recommended !! NO POOL ACCESS ! NO RECEPTION !

The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment was quite small, and several issues made our stay less than enjoyable. The locks on the doors didn’t work, the bathroom was not clean, and the blinds were difficult to open. Check-in was a frustrating experience. We followed the instructions provided, but when we went to the Asian grocery store to collect the key, the staff claimed they didn’t know about any apartment or keys. After searching around for another location, we returned to the store, where a different staff member finally confirmed that we could collect the key there. This caused a significant amount of wasted time. One of the main reasons I booked this place was for the pool, which I wanted to use with my child. However, we were told we needed to complete an induction before gaining access to the pool. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to do this, so we couldn’t use any of the amenities. Additionally, there was no parking available on-site, and we had to pay $120 for parking for just two nights. Overall, I was very disappointed with this stay. Based on our experience, I personally would not recommend this apartment to anyone.

The apartment is fine, but not what is photographed - the host even said “they had to remove the furniture” - when booking the accommodation, we thought this apartment stood out from the other standard options, so that’s why we paid a little extra, but it wasn’t worth it. We requested to be moved as the apartment was so small and looked nothing like the pictures. We thought it was a scam. We were moved to a bigger apartment with a kitchen island (instead of galley kitchen), however then we didn’t have a dining table. Exchange of keys is through an Asian Grocery store, when we approached them and asked to be moved, they were defensive and denied knowing who the host was….not comforting. Although in the end, ‘the host’ of the apartment was very easy to talk to. Kitchen drawers didn’t close. Cooking utensils useless. Bed sheets were not Egyptian Cotton as advertised - they were scratchy and the label on them said ‘linen’. Parking is an extra cost, and not necessarily available. In one email it said $50 a night, and another email it said $40 a night. Access to gym and pool requires an ‘induction’, which we couldn’t attend, so couldn’t access the facilities - again, something we paid extra for and didn’t get to avail of. If the price was reduced, and the photographs updated to be a true reflection of what is provided, it would be fine.

The only issue was that we didn’t get any help when we called for help though we couldn’t close the window. The man ho answered just said: I don’t have any staff to send. I just said that we must cop usch it harder. He even said, don’t you have a man who can help you? . He finished the and said I’ll call you back. He didn’t call back!
