Lovely place for a group stay
Beautiful park of Melbourne, walking distance to the city. We organised a delivery of wine and food through door dash for our arrival as there are no shops “round the corner”. 2 bathrooms and plenty of mirrors which is essential for a girls trip 😊

Very comfortable place in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. I'd highly recommend it based on just the property itself. But in addition, Rick was excellent in communicating with us, which was very helpful when we had some issues with our travel plans, and much appreciated.

Leafy and quiet - so close to MCG and Flinders Street Station.
Initially chosen for the proximity to the MCG and a short walk to CBD. The location is in a beautiful setting in East Melbourne lots of parks close by. Easy to get to, comes with 2 x parking. Plenty of room for 6+ with everything you need. The property owner is so easy to talk to and clear instructions for the property. My last visit with three we cooked, walked into the CBD, to the Vic Art Gallery, lunch on the river, ordered in for dinner and played cards, next day to Rose St Markets, Lunch in St Kilda, to Brighton Beach then an awesome dinner only 800 m away at Di Stasio Citta. And of course, great coffee only a short walk away. I really enjoy this place.

We had a great weekend at Park Lane Apartment, East Melbourne. The apartment is spacious and clean. It is in a great location, within walking distance to the city. The communication with Rick was excellent and he provided very thorough information about the apartment. I highly recommend this apartment for a holiday in Melbourne.

Bedding listing is misleading
I have never written a negative review previously, but I feel compelled to clarify the bed configuration for this property. Two of the beds are fine, however the labelling of bedroom 3 as having "3 queen beds" is misleading. All three are fold-out sofa beds, with the mattresses in a poor state. We had to revert to our teenage children sleeping on the thin mattresses on the floor, as the fold-out frames were too uncomfortable, and the mattresses themselves were old with prominent springs. Realistically prospective occupants should only consider the two main beds to be usable. I found Rick to be a pleasant host to interact with, and the rest of our stay was fine, although the decor is tired, insulation wasn't great for a Melbourne winter, and it's a fair hike to carry suitcases up three flights of stairs. Overall this property doesn't compare well with others of similar prices and bed numbers.

Fabulous location to explore Melbourne
We are a group of long time friends that meet indifferent locations across Victoria yearly. This property met all of our needs and then some. Ideal location set amongst beautiful nature a minutes tram ride to the CBD. Our Host did a fabulous job communicating with me. We will definitely be back!

Such a beautiful apartment in the perfect leafy Melbourne suburb. It feels like a green oasis just minutes from everything! Rick was a wonderful host, great communication and detailed instructions. We had an incredible girls weekend stay- leafy green, quiet location yet walking distance to cbd. Parking undercover was great. Apartment had character. Aircon worked which was a big phew given 39 degree weekend! Rick was so easy to communicate with. Kitchen was practical with lots of platters for us to use (small size kitchen so not ideal if youre spending time away from home cooking in big groups). Apartment is clean and dating the way you would expect. Pool was a bonus! Would stay again and highly recommend.
