Here’s the check in info: My address is 108 E Avenue C Melbourne florida 32901. It is a self check in. The room is located at the back of the house please straight ahead where the extended driveway.
Or follow the pathway in the side of the garage all the way to the back of the house. I will put the key under the doormat. Please let us know if you have trouble checking in.
You can park in the extended driveway please do not block the garage.

Hidden Gem for the Beach

Quiet get away

Nice place

Great space for 1-2 people. Location is great and I took nightly walks around the neighborhood. The house is well insulated and sealed making it quiet for my 4 night stay. Parking was a pleasure. I can’t say enough good things about my stay and I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay. It is a private room in a private residence so we could hear the family members every now and then when they coughed or used their microwave. The house is located in a nice neighborhood and I felt very safe there. We will definitely be staying there for future visits to Melbourne

What a little gem!

If you or you and one person need a place to stay in Melbourne- this place is a little hidden gem. We Absolutely recommend it and will definitely go again. I was in the area for a medical appointment and it fit our needs perfectly. Clean and had everything you would need and more!

Would agree with previous reviews. The space is clean and comfortable and has lots of the basics you'd appreciate in a hotel room - even more, with the ability to prep simple meals. Great location for getting around quickly and easily to Indialantic, historic downtown, Eau Galle area and more!

Great place to stay

The host was very accommodating especially with our very late arrival. The room is nicely decorated and is well equipped for most any needs. The bed was very comfortable, a great bathroom and shower, and a large walk in closet with more than ample storage space. In addition there is a nice private patio. Very easy to find off the main boulevard and in a nice neighborhood. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to Melbourne.

Way WaY WAY better than any hotel room

First of all, the location is great, but the room was impeccably clean and the location was a nice, quiet neighborhood. I've had other experiences with a "spare room" in someone's house, but this was on another level. There is no entry from the main house to your room, so it truly is a separate room. If I'm ever visiting Melbourne again, I will most definitely stay here.

Little hidden Gem perfect for couples

Beautiful stay. Beautiful neighborhood. We had our own parking spot. Super clean everything smelled so good from the towels to the bedsheets. Bed is super comfortable. Has everything we needed. From coffee maker to beach chairs. Thank you so much 😊. When we are in the area we will stay again.
