If you would like the pool heated prior to your arrival please advise the Bookings team at the time of your booking, or email Guest Services on guestservices@ccgetaways.com.au. Please be advised that the max temp of the pool may not reach your desired temperature, this is dependent upon the Heat Sink system and is out of our control.
