Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
We arrived at our accommodation and code emailed to us was incorrect
We rang statyz who tried to contact the owner but they would not answer so they provided the contact number to me and I sent a text to say we were trying to contact them. We then tried to ring and they answered the call and we told them we couldn’t get in and we had been trying for over an hour. She told us that she had to contact her daughter who would ring us.
We got a phone call from her daughter who was apologetic for the inconvenience and we had to try a few different combinations that didn’t work and she said she would have to ring me back. When she did ring back we were given another combination that worked. We entered the house while still on the phone and we had two rooms and the third room was locked we requested a code for this room as we booked for four people and we were four women not couples. They gave us the combination so we could access this room. Should not presume four people want to sleep together….
The cleanliness of the home was very poor.
The mirror in the lounge room was full of dust which I cleaned to be able to see. The window sill in the lounge room when we opened the blind to let natural light in had muffin crumbs on the sill. The cobwebs throughout the house needs to be cleaned.
Was not very happy with trying to contact the owner to be able to access the house they should be available for an emergency like ours not being able to get in as they supplied the wrong code.
