It is absolutely convenient if you have no purpose renting a car in Melbourne. Central Melbourne Station is closeby and10 mins walk to the centre of the city. Walkable distance to Fed Square and Hyde Park too. Excellent to stay if first time to Melbourne. A lot of things to eat if you come back late from the local tour. Room is not too big but good size. Clean & modern.

Reception staff were friendly and were were able to get parking in the Melbourne central carpar with a voucher from the hotel. But be aware that the bond they take won't come off your bank account straight away and you may have to call your bank to get it back

Great pool, but don’t look for services. Room was missing hangers & iron. Took 4 asks to get iron. No local info in lobby. Suspect all front desk staff were part time students. The accommodation itself was divine and very conveniently located. However, when booking the site stated that there was onsite parking but there was not. Melbourne Central is across the road however I did not know that they could validate parking until after I had checked out, and this proved to be VERY expensive. I was supposed to receive a check-in information email in the week leading up to my stay but did not, assuming this info would have been in there. They rang me 3 hours after I checked out to see if I had checked out even though I checked out in person with the receptionist, who was on the phone the whole time.
