Welcome to Somerville Country Escape with Tennis Court
This beautiful country property offers a slice of paradise, a place of peace, beauty and tranquillity on the Mornington Peninsula.
Spanning over 2 acres, complete with tennis court this property will make a great base for your next family holiday. Warm, welcoming and beautifully styled, the home features 2 living zones, family size kitchen with modern appliances and master bedroom with ensuite, 3 further bedrooms, laundry and main bathroom Available for short and long term bookings.

The Space is fully air conditioned and also has central heating.
All on one level we have open plan kitchen, living and dining, with a large dining table seating 8.

Master bedroom with king bed, sitting area and ensuite.
Bedroom Two with queen bed.
Bedroom Three with queen bed.
Bedroom Four with two king single beds plus floor mattress that will fit in all rooms.

Family bathroom with large bath, shower and seperate toilet.

Second living area with fireplace to keep you cosy in the cooler months.

Outdoor dining area with bbq and many places to sit and enjoy the view on the gorgeous wrap around verandah.

Laundry with washing machine and heat pump dryer.

Full size tennis court to keep everyone entertained and some friendly neighbouring sheep to say hello to.
Plenty of room for the kids to run and play and explore.

It really is such a gorgeous place for families to reconnect and get kids off iPads, family tennis games, basketballs games and walks.

A country escape but with the shops just a 2 minute drive away. Somerville shopping centre has Coles, Target and many other stores.

This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm. We would hate for any digression from this request to result in your stay being cancelled without refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.

Great house for a group
The house is beautifully styled, very clean and spacious. Kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor area is really inviting and peaceful. We had some issues with check in but this was resolved via telephone. The house is actually in the suburbs but once you are there it has a very country feel. Recommend

Wonderful property with gorgeous outlook and plenty of space for a large group
Lovely large house on huge block with plenty of room, comfortable beds and tennis court. Great location in Somerville, an easy trip from Melbourne and central for sight seeing all parts of the peninsular.

An incredible stay!
Couldn’t fault this property at all. Everything you seen within the photos doesn’t do it justice, it’s even better in real life. Our first baby (toy cavoodle) think had a better time than us - was loving micro farm life. Kim was an amazing host from the very second I reached out asking a few questions all the way to the end. Can’t wait to re book and this time head down with a group of mates.
