We had a nice long weekend getaway and got the chance to stay at Ines’ property. The view from the apartment was stunning and it’s definitely a plus. Location was prime, close to the central but it’s still in the quiet area.

Nudity and anti social behaviour is PROHIBITED in all common areas.
Lost of key will be charged at $30 per key, $200 per remote and $100 per fob.
Apartment must be left in similar condition as you entered it.
Extra cleaning fee will be charged if cleaners need more time than their normal time.
If we get complains due to excessive loud noise/ party is being held in the unit, your booking will be cancelled IMMEDIATELY, no refund will be given.

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500
PLEASE NOTE – Due to COVID the building management have changed the requirements to access the building amenities , a building induction will be required . The induction is only available at random dates throughout the month and will cost $180 per person .
