The magic of the Melbourne City skyline comes alive daily with morning sun reflections, the passing of clouds, dramatic sunsets and twinkling of city lights at night. Don’t miss early morning hot air balloons floating nearby from time to time.

Designed with a modern city dweller in mind and built to an exacting standard the Northcote Hill complex combines superior open-style architecture with light, water- filled gardens and sophisticated beautiful modern interiors.

WHAT’S IN NORTHCOTE?

If you want to be close to the city, but not in the city, this is the place to stay. Also, the MCG, Melbourne Tennis Centre, city theatres, restaurants and major events are easily accessible by public transport.

Northcote is a typical gentrified area, so it has all the benefits of a great selection of cafes, restaurants, shops and everyday requirements. Nearby suburbs include Brunswick, Thornbury, Ivanhoe, Fitzroy North, Carlton North and Clifton Hill.

Close by in High Street, all your everyday needs are catered for. PUBLIC TRANSPORT

This apartment is among the best-served by public transport in Melbourne. 2 Tram lines, 2 railway lines plus bus services. Don’t forget your Myki card.

It is a three-minute walk to the #86 Waterfront City Docklands – Bundoora RMIT tram at the 30-Clarke St/High St (Northcote) stop. This modern tram runs through the Clifton Hill, Fitzroy and Collingwood to Melbourne CBD to the south and Thornbury and Preston to the north.

A tram service also runs along St Georges Road (Route 11), north to Gilbert Road, and south through Fitzroy North and Fitzroy to Collins Street in the city. Northcote has five railway stations along two lines. The South Morang Line serves Merri Station, Northcote Station and Croxton Station. The Hurstbridge Line serves Westgarth Station and Dennis Station. The closest train station is Merri a 10 min walk from the apartment and an easy train ride to the city.

GETTING THERE
The easiest way to get to Northcote Hill Penthouse from anywhere is get a taxi, Uber or Ola ride; including from Tullamarine Airport.Alternative transport from the airport is also relatively easy; take the Skybus from outside the airport terminal to Southern Cross train station in downtown Melbourne, then hop on the Hurstbridge train on Platform 9, and get off at Westgarth Railway Station. Walk back to Westgarth ST and turn right, then get on the Tram 86 to Plenty Rd going up the hill, and get off before the top of the hill at Clarke St. Your apartment is 3 minutes walk from there. Just turn left on to Campbell Grove, just past the service station on the corner.

PET FRIENDLY
Yes we accept pets subject to our pet stay conditions (see our terms).  There are many leash free parks in the area and the nearest is Lagoon Reserve. There is also a dog beach at the end of Bay Street.

Pets must be declared on the booking and a pet stay fee of $135 (base rate) plus $5 per night per pet will be applied.
