TWO FIVE ZERO is a architecturally designed home with comfortable modern decor. Go anywhere in just moments with trams just around the corner to access the CBD, MGC, Rod Laver it's so easy.... alternatively hire a e-bike, scooter or even walk!

Behind the understated Victorian facade lies an architect designed home that comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. As you enter through the understated modern front door into a generous hallway that reveals two spacious king bedrooms and downstairs bathroom / laundry featuring Asko washing machine & dryer. Enjoy our large open plan living dining including a modern entertainers kitchen with Smeg gas cooktop and oven, Miele dishwasher, Electrolux fridge, Saeco coffee machine and more. The lounge area spills onto a private decked courtyard garden which leads you to outside stairs to our a huge rooftop entertaining terrace with stunning city views. Tucked underneath the terrace sits the undercover lockup garage.

Upstairs there is a further two bedrooms with balconies. The huge upstairs master bedroom has its own balcony offering stunning city views, the second upstairs bedroom features a modern adult sized bunk with extra long mattresses. Centrally and conveniently located between the two upstairs bedrooms is the main bathroom with spa bath.

Further features include freshly ironed linen, polished floorboards, high ceilings, air conditioning and hydronic heating complete this stunning home for you to enjoy during your stay in Melbourne.

Just a quick note for the overseas guests Ross is able speak some French & Spanish he also has a good knowledge of Mandarin and German.

We are passionate and experienced hosts with more than 18 years in the accommodation industry.

* Occasionally we allow pets stay but I like to ask some question first for the comfort of your pet and the neighbours. No matter how tidy your pet is we also find there is little extra cleaning required so we also charge a small pet stay fee of $80.

hi there We needed a house for a longer stay for working at the Australian Open - we had a few requirements as our teenagers were coming for a few days, along with a couple and a baby. The house was perfection and catered to all of this. The area is just excellent and we ate out, got great coffee but also enjoyed cooking/bbqing in the house and making the most of the deck. Its such a great setup and will be returning for sure!

Fabulous stay in a great location
Our group of friends had a great stay at Louise's place. The house was in a great location; walking distance to groceries, eateries and the tram to the city. There was also a lovely little cafe across the road that we had coffee at each morning of our stay. The house itself is wonderful & has a really cool Melbourne industrial chic vibe. We loved the artwork and the indoor and outdoor living areas. Spacious enough for us to enjoy a meal and a drink together & relax and watch tv of a night. The house had all the amenities you could need for cooking. The house was clean when we arrived and all the bedding and towels were very nice. Thanks for a lovely stay. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house for families/groups looking to relax and/or enjoy everything Melbourne has to offer 🙂👍

Inner city Melbourne visit
We are a family of 6 and easily fit into this great town house we even had the grandparents for a couple of nights and still had room. Kids loved the bunk room. Kitchen / dining area was good and very well equipped. I used a bike for a bit of exploring but also a short walk to trams or a short Uber into downtown. Overall a highly recommended location and accommodating host.

Beautiful home, lots of room for the entire family. Decking was the perfect spot to have Easter lunch. All bedrooms spacious with comfortable mattresses. Perfect for our group
We had a group of five guys over for a weekend of footy, racing and gambling, and Two Five Zero was perfect. Was a bit cold to use the deck, but would be brilliant in warmer months. There was enough room for us all, and was very modern and well equipped. Nice and handy to cafes, pubs, and not far from MCG and the sporting precinct. Would definitely recommend
