The fully self-contained downstairs apartment includes a second kitchen and dining area, a generous living space, and direct access to a private outdoor patio and garden.

On the upper level, four spacious bedrooms accommodate up to 11 guests, complemented by a family bathroom and two additional toilets. The downstairs apartment offers accommodation for 7 guests across 3 bedrooms, with its own family bathroom and an extra shower/toilet accessible from the external laundry area.

This fantastic family holiday home is conveniently located within walking distance of beautiful local beaches, the summer carnival, and the Rye township. Nearby attractions include Rye Ocean Beach, Peninsula Hot Springs, and renowned golf courses, all just a few minutes away. The property also provides ample off-street parking for cars, boats, and jet skis.
