"Suite à un séjour de 10 nuits, l'appartement est à 5min de la plage, très central, 2 parkings sont à côté.L'emplacement est toutefois un peu bruyant car proche d'une grande avenue, Las Palmas est très urbain il faut dire aussi.Il est assez propre et plutot confortable hormis les ustensiles de cuisine.Nous avions accès à la terrasse commune qui est très agréable.La communication avec l'hote s'est bien passée mais pas très réactif pour apporter les ustensiles manquants."

The location is fantastic, right on the beach about half way along the 3km promenade. Tons of restaurants and the beach is very well maintained. "Extremely well equipped apartment , the best we have ever stayed in . Amazing welcome pack , arrived late to find provisions for dinner , breakfast and a huge bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine .
