Rent in San Foca, the splendid marina of Melendugno (blue flag 2015 and 5 sails), a ground floor apartment facing the sea (located on the promenade) of about 80 square meters a few steps from the main beach of the town (both free and equipped).
The apartment is composed of:

Casa pulita, accogliente e provvista di ogni comfort. Distante pochi metri a piedi da piccole spiaggette oppure pochi minuti di auto da spiaggia più spaziose sia libere che private. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen, mega Lage und Aussicht direkt aufs Meer, Ausstattung mehr als ausreichend, freundliche Nachbar. Auch mit kleinen Kinder gut zu händeln. Sollten wir wieder nach San Foca reisen, würden wir uns freuen, wenn wir wieder bei Carlo einchecken dürfen.

Una super vacanza!
L'appartamento vista mare è risultata la soluzione perfetta per noi e il nostro cagnolone; gli ambienti interni ed esterni sono ampi e pratici e la posizione è ottima per gli spostamenti: due passi a piedi per il centro di San Foca attraverso il lungomare, strategica per raggiungere in auto anche le altre bellissime spiagge e città del Salento Adriatico. Carlo è un host simpatico e professionale, che ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per il soggiorno e si è reso sempre disponibile per ogni evenienza.

Rende il homeoffice un'esperienza molto piacevole
Siamo stati molto contenti di aver potuto scambiare la nostra casa con questo appartamenta vista mare per un mese di "homeoffice". La vista è spettacolare, ed è stato una meraviglia lavorare e mangiare sulla terrazza col mare di fronte. Come posizione è ottima, sia perchè è tranquilla sia perchè ci sono accessi al mare a sinistra e destra, con delle spiagge diverse che soddisfano agli vari interessi. I vicini di casa sono tutti stati molto simpatici e disponibili in qualsiasi occassione. Al interno della casa c'era tutto ciò di cui c'è bisogno. Siamo davvero stati molto contenti a grazie alla disponibilità di Carlo e famiglia. Speriamo di poter tornarci presto!

UNO SGUARDO SUL MARE
Posizione ottima con vista rilassante dal terrazzo sul mare di fronte (non usufruibile direttamente ma spiaggia a 5 minuti a piedi). Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare il Salento. Alcune piccole cose da sistemare ma nel complesso giudizio sicuramente positivo. Massima disponibilità da parte di Carlo sempre raggiungibile e prodigo di ottimi consigli .

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento al piano terra a San Foca in 4 persone. La casa è molto comoda perchè leggermente più fuori rispetto alla zona più rumorosa del lungomare che è raggiungibile in 5 min a piedi. Comoda anche la vicinanza ai lidi.

Vista fantastica!
La casa perfetta per una famiglia di 4/5 persone è posizionata sul lungomare di San Foca e quindi dalla stessa si riesce a godere della vista del mare. La casa è risultata funzionale (ottima la presenza di una doccia esterna), ben fornita ed i padroni di casa, Carlo e Gina, pronti a risolvere ogni eventuale piccolo problema e a saperti consigliare per trascorrere al meglio le vacanze

Posizione eccezionale!
Uscire di casa ed essere praticamente sul mare non ha prezzo, la casa ha tutte le comodità di una casa vacanza, giardino anteriore fronte mare e comodo giardino posteriore con doccia lavabo e lavatrice. Soggiorno ampio e due comode e fresche stanze da letto, inoltre Carlo e Gina (persone eccezionali) sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi esigenza.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt direkt am Meer
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, Carlo gab uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung Wir wohnten im Erdgeschoss mit direktem Blick auf das Meer, welches nur von einer ruhigen Straße getrennt ist. Die Wohnung ist einfach, weißt aber alles auf was man benötigt. Alles in allem in allem empfehlenswert, gerade wenn man die weitere Umgebung erkundet. Great location near the beach and center
We spent two weeks in the house which is literally in front of the sea and about 5 min walk from the little town San Foca where you can find everything you need. The beaches are beautiful and you have plenty of little spots which are not too crowded even in August. Carlo and his family were very welcoming and always there to help us and guide us what to visit or where to eat. Thanks a lot for the great holidays!

Casa davvero ok
L'appartamento è in posizione assolutamente strategica: ad un passo dai lidi, dalle spiagge libere e da Lecce. L'appartamento pulito ed in ordine, è un po' datato ma molto funzionale, posto sul lungomare tuttavia sufficientemente lontano dalla zona rumorosa di San Foca. Ottima la comunicazione con i proprietari ( davvero gentilissimi, cordiali e seri). Tolgo una stella alla recensione per colpa del comune di Melendugno, che sicuramente potrebbe impegnarsi un po' più in pulizia delle spiagge ed in ordine generale
