"The property itself is very small but for two people it's perfect. Open plan with a little somewhat steep staircase up to the bedroom area. We like to be off the beaten track and this just right for us, the private courtyard (that includes the shower/washing machine) was a good size with multiple seating options available. Use of the families pool with views for miles including mount Etna was wonderful. Enzo was always available if needed, the Wifi wasn't working initially but he got it...

"This lovely property is the perfect home base to explore Syracuse and Ortigia. Very close to safe public parking, the rooftop terrace is ideal for a sunset glass of wine, while the cafes near the Temple of Apollo offer your morning cappuccino and excellent people watching just steps away from the wonderful market. Alberto was responsive and helpful at both check in and departure. A five star stay for sure!"

"Nice, spacious apartment with a beautiful view of the water and Siracusa across. Very responsive owner and caretaker. Enjoyed going to Ortigia, Noto, Taormina, and Ragusa, plus beaches to the south. Easy to navigate in any direction. The pizzeria one minute walk away was delightful."

"The pictures don’t do this semi-detached house justice! Wonderful property right on the beach. This house had the feel of someone’s actual vacation home being rented out — high-end appliances, comfortable beds and furniture, well-appointed with everything you need and many conveniences, etc. Plenty of space inside and outside, with a fantastic patio with huge, heated hot tub, bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower. Fully gated property and felt very private given setback of neighboring property...
