"We arrived at the hotel and the hotel was amazing from the outside. The first day, everything was fine. No issues and we was satisfied. However, the rest of the holiday there was no air condition while the tempature was 30degrees. It was roasting throughout the whole holiday in the room. The second day, we was in the lift, it was 02:05 in the morning hours and the lift failed and dropped from the first floor. We was stuck in the lift for about 20 minutes with no help. "We had a lovely stay in the apartment. Jan is a warm, welcoming and attentive host who looked after us extremely well. The apartment has everything you would need and the kitchen is particularly well equipped, although eating out for the two of us was so reasonable that we rarely used it! We made good use of the large terrace and really enjoyed evenings in the local sea front restaurants / bars, walkable in just a few minutes and with great views of the bay, marina and mountains. Can recommend...

"Location is perfect, it's few steps away from the beach and also the entrance to the old town. Cafe right next to beach has a lounge deck area. Plenty of restaurants to choose from walking around the old town and a short walk to the marina which also has many restaurants. I had upgraded to the executive suite on the 3rd floor with a balcony sea view. The room is very spacious with modern bathroom facilities. The breakfast at the hotel has plenty of choices and good selection of options. The hotel facilities are excellent. Gym is a good size with plenty of equipment. The spa has steam and sauna rooms, indoor and outdoor pools which I used everyday and really enjoyed. The sauna could do with access to water. Other areas have very nice features. Hotel reception staff were friendly and helpful, check in was quick. I would stay here again if visiting Budva. "
