"We left the property as everything about the room was unsatisfactory. The landlord was rude, the room smelled long-term unclean, the bed was lumpy, the bedlinen was mismatched and unironed...wasn't sure it was clean. The landlord, David, said he had recently taken it over and had no details from Expedia of who was booked in. He had taken my payment over the phone and declined to give a refund when we declined to stay!"

Beverley is a wonderful host and from the moment she greeted us was full of advice, and tips to make our stay more comfortable. The bed was so comfortable I crashed out and didn’t stir at all.
