"This is a lovely hotel in particular the staff are lovely and friendly. It’s more like a family run hotel than a city centre chain. This time Maria on reception and Omar in the bar were great. Only slight downside no walk in showers in room and you can get a bit of noise from the nightclub next door. "

"Fantanstic hotel which is less than a 10 minute walk from the train station. Have been to leicester a few times and stayed at another hotel. This one was value for money and far outwayed my expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellant - Sahil couldn't have been more helpful - the cooked breakfast on offer was very good and he even offered us poached or scrambled egg even though it wasn't on the side. There was plenty of variety for breakfast. First class in my opinion and I will definitely be staying there again and have recommended it to family and friends already."

"Very comfortable hotel, comfy bed, large bathroom, good breakfast, reasonable price. On arrival we were told that we could just turn up for breakfast, no need to book. On arriving for breakfast, one member of staff was rather curt and told me I had to pay there and then - I had to go back to my room for my card to pay. Others were told by other staff that they could pay at checkout, which they did. Perhaps I looked shifty! "
