This property is well maintained and the location is perfect. However the greatest asset are the employees. The are knowledgeable about their job, the location and helpful. Thia is the only place that I'll stay when visiting the Memphis area.

This was a nice, clean hotel and the staff was nice. Unfortunately, the entire system went down several times while we were there so check-in and checkout was delayed. The card keys were delayed as well. It wasn't the staff's fault though and they were very nice about it.

We spent one night here. The room was very clean. It did take us 2 hours to check in as their computer system crashed. The female worker was lovely but it was out of her control. There was no other back up system or way to issue access to the rooms so several groups just had to sit in the lobby and wait. I’m also disappointed as my stay was over two weeks ago and they are still holding my $50. Surely it doesn’t take that long to return my money.
