TWO BLOCKS TO BEALE STREET... says it all. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. You get what you pay for. Don't even consider somewhere that's more than a couple blocks from Beale, trust me, it's not worth it because a few blocks make a HUGE difference in downtown Memphis. This place is also 2 blocks from the Mississippi River.

This townhouse is on MAIN STREET right at Vance Avenue (map it) and only 2 blocks to Beale. The trolley goes right by the front of this place as do the horse drawn carriages. This new and luxury 2800 SqFt townhouse has a colorful and fun vibe. It features 6 bedrooms. This place has a GATED driveway leading to the 2-car garage. I own these three townhouses in a row if you have a very large group.

You will LOVE this place and will NOT want to leave.

Spacious and wonderful location
Spacious vrbo great for larger groups. We loved the rear gated access and found great comfort in the two car garage to park our cars. Quick access to amenities, cute local shopping, and a wonderful restaurant across the street. We had a reunion of sorts here over the St. Jude marathon weekend and it was a wonderful location and had very comfortable beds.

Mother-Daughter trip
This was the perfect place for our 5 day stay. We are walking distance or quick trolly ride to Beale Street, Civil Rights Museum, Peabody Hotel, Arcade Restaurant. We only had to drive to Graceland and Sun Studios. The bonus was a breakfast/lunch place and a supper/bar right across the street. I had an issue with locking the door and Sharon was quick to respond. If I am ever able to come back, i would definitely stay here again!!

Our daughter was married in downtown Memphis. We based ourselves at this condo and it was super convenient. Walk or trolley easily to anywhere in the downtown area. Lots of places to eat (Gus's and Charlie Vergos Rendezvous are both highly recommended), plenty to see and do. Andy was great and always responded quickly if we had a question. OH, and the wedding was great too!

Ac was an issue, all yhe stairs for some in our group was difficult. Need to specify 3 floors.
It is nice and good location. Need to make sure cleaners do a better job for ehat you may pay them. Kitchen ceiling has a terrible water spot that needs repaired sooner than later to avoid any property damage. Cool decorations and historical building. Thank you for sure.

The Best of Memphis
Our stay at this property was more than I could have hoped for!! It is absolutely beautiful and in the absolute BEST location. We drove up and didn't have to get in the car again until we left. It is perfect walking distance to all the best attractions and with the trolley at the front door,.... it makes getting around so easy!! I loved being able to sit on the balcony and watch the nightlife of the city!! I cannot say how wonderful this experience was. Stay here.....you will not be disappointed!
