Great backyard, accurate listing

Great house for our stay. So nice that we were able to bring our dog. Listing is accurate. Home was immaculate and amenities are very well thought out. The backyard is huge and was wonderful for hanging out. Great communication with owner. Convenient location.

Great Memphis Vibe

What a great base from which to explore all that Memphis has to offer. Home is located on a quiet street within walking distance of Overton Square's restaurants and theaters; equally close to the Cooper-Young district and minutes from downtown...They say it's "little things" that make a house a home, and this home was full of little touches that made us feel at home- Beds were super comfortable with quality bedding. There were fans and extra blankets and pillows in every room. And I for one really enjoyed the closet bedroom which was quirky, but very quieted private. The coffee bar was generously stocked, as were spices and staples like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and detergent, and there was plenty of cabinet space to unpack our food etc. There was even a dog basket with bags, towels, and cleaners "just in case" our pet had an accident. And the back yard was so inviting with a gazebo, fire ring, and swing, plus party lights along the fence that turned on automatically at dusk- plus there was another pet station outside. Finally, although it was a duplex, we only saw our neighbors in passing on the mornings we were enjoying coffee on the front porch. I appreciated the owners' prompt attention to all of my questions before arrival (she always responded within the hour), and the online manual that detailed everything we needed to know before we arrived. It is obvious these are folks who like to travel well, and want to share that with their guests.
