Christmas stay
Family met in Memphis for christmas for 3 days because it was centrally located. It’s everything it says it was in the other reviews. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Experience
This house is amazing! It was clean and very spacious! We loved the arrows around the front door that tells you the distance to attractions in the area. The owner greeted us when we arrived and checked on our stay when we left. It is in a great location that is near a lot of attractions. I will definitely check the availability of this location next time we’re in the area visiting family again!

Large nicely equipped property and responsive manager. The house abuts a freight train line, with some noise at night for those unused to it. Beautiful neighborhood for walking and house-gazing.

Great Property in Memphis
This place worked out Perfectly for my family. The location is central to everything, it is quiet and felt very safe. Bill was incredibly attentive and made the process simple and painless. I had a group of seven and the place was excellent. I would highly recommend this place in Memphis!!!!

Great House!
This home was perfect for our long weekend in Memphis. We had three couples and it had everything we needed. The location is very convenient to various areas of Memphis. The homeowner is so nice and had great recommendations. He lives next door and even gave us a stick of butter needed for our breakfast! We would definitely stay here again.

Bill is an awesome host! York House was perfect for our trip to Memphis for a family wedding. The house was spacious with 4 bedrooms and three full baths. Other furniture available to sleep more people. A place with 3 king beds was a great find! Cute kitchen with plenty of dishes and tools and a large table to seat 10. Recently renovated, the house is adorable inside and out with a front porch and back deck. Quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Easy check-in and Bill lives next door for any additional needs or recommendations on where to go and what to do in Memphis.
