"Very chilled place in a lovely design (great bathrooms) across from beach and with perfect little pool to help cool you down. Food was fresh, delicious and well priced. A couple of friendly little beach cafes and simple but good eating establishments close by. Great spot to relax or surf."
"Putu is a very nice person and the place is wonderful! She can cook meals for you as well! She is very helpful and the place is very comfortable! They have wifi as well as a nice pool to cool off in! The village of Blimbingsari is very clean and friendly and is my favourite place in Bali that i have been so far on my trip! Would definitely reccomend this place!"
"Road to the property was terrible, unpaved, rocky and in the middle of nowhere, a detail that should have been mentioned in the listing. My friend got a food poisoning form there and we property doesn’t take credit card as paiement for food."
"This time of year (October) was a bit dry and windy, but the forest and ocean was still full of nature, The staff at this resort are some of the best I have ever experienced. And the food and prep was great."
"The Plataran Menjangan provides an oasis of peace and serenity.
I loved being away in the bush, but in such a luxurious bungallow, and seeing so many amazing animals.
Staying here for 5 nights was such a treat and a great way to recharge myself after a really stressful period.
A truly magical place"
"The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel actually runs many activities for guests such as cooking classes, snorkel trips, and massages. We tried a bunch of the activities and they were highly entertaining. The hotel's restaurant is excellent, too.
The property was clean and beautiful, and was located in a quiet but serene area with nice views of Java's mountains. A great launching point to enjoy Menjangan."
"Walking distance from the "white sand beach" allowing free snorkling and very good place to go diving in Menjangan island.
Apart from that, the value for money is good considering the low price.
NB : the owner is really invested in the Biorock project and the education of young Balinais. "

"I have no idea what this property is like!
I booked a few nights @ $2.88 per night so as I could upgrade to gold on my account so they are welcome to a 5⭐️ for the achievement "
"Absolutely perfect stay. I did not want to leave. Breathtaking views. Wonderful staff. Plenty of local culture and interaction with neighbors. Excellent food. I will gladly return during my next visit to Bali. I cannot wait. "
"A sanctuary only a short walk from excellent warungs, diving services and the beach. The rooms are spacious with gorgeous outdoor showers and are set in lush gardens. Komon and his staff so friendly and helpful too. A ripper place, especially for the price. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Komon!"

"The Kelapa Retreat and Spa is a glorious oasis far from the bustling areas of Bali. It is truly gorgeous and it seems that all the rooms are amazing and unique. The views are amazing, the infinity pools very relaxing, the beach is gorgeous and it feels like it is private. The waves and current can be string but its super fun for boogey boarding. The food is outstanding and the bar makes an incredible array of drinks for all tastes. They have daily free activities and a beautiful spa. The resort also offers transportation and a selection of tours. I'd recommend waiting until you get to the resort to choose your day trips. We had a truly phenomenal time enjoying the beauty and tranquility of the place while also appreciating the culture and hospitality of Bali."
