"This is the second time we have stayed as my sister lives nearby. Spotlessly clean again and the hosts were there to check us in early. Gunter and Ulrika are so kind to our children, letting them play with toys in their house and garden. Nice touches are added like wine on arrival and snacks and chocolate for the kids. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, die Vermieter sehr kinderfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Enkel (9 Jahre) war vor allem begeistert, dass er täglich die Fische füttern durfte und mit zu den Bienen gehen konnte. Der Pool und der Schwimmteich runden das Ganze ab. "Fantastically clean property with very comfortable rooms and bed. Excellent kitchen with all amenities, good bathroom (with washing machine as well). It's in a quieter residential area uphill from St Goar train station so quite a steep walk if you don't have a car. Steffi the owner was really helpful and friendly and picked me up from the train station with my cases and offered to take me to places like supermarkets for food. A really great place to stay. "The house is large with well-stocked kitchen and many areas for relaxing, eating and sleeping. We did not know we had to reserve the bedding ahead of time, so had no bedding the first night. This may have partly be due to lack of clear communication as the owner's English was not strong. The house also was not as clean as we would have liked and some elements were not working properly, such as one shower. The washing machine was not available (as it is shared) when we wanted to use it."
