Even tho a lot of shops and restaurants were closed during our stay in January it was still very enjoyable. It was peaceful and quiet with very few people around. "We very much enjoyed our stay at Open Hearth. We had a nice relaxing weekend. Stay was comfortable- loved the snacks and drinks available to purchase after hours. "Nice convenient location. Overall the place was nice, but very dated decor overall and in our room. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable to sleep on and the pillows were just as hard. It was very quiet, however our stay was a few days before Christmas, so I’m sure there weren’t many travelers. Would love to go back and stay there, as it was located central to shopping and dining, but because the bed was so horrible to sleep on, we will look elsewhere next time."

"Nice room. Easy to get too. Pet friendly!! My only negative comment would be regarding the “after hours” phone number. We had a toilet issue, had water on the floor, and the only number given was for lockout service, otherwise leave a message. Went to office right when they opened in the morning and a service person was there in under an hour to take care of it. But we worried all night about the need to use the toilet. Would definitely go back. "
