"A great modern hotel with excellent facilities & staff."

"Spiderwebs on the walls and insects on the floor. The towel for the shower is very small. There is a humidiy smell as you enter and it was very humid during the night. I understand that the price is competitive, however i am not sure the room should be offered to start with. The matresses of 2 of the "beds" were superthin. The pillows were uncomfortable. We asked for the menu of the restaurant, we were told they could provide one only if we booked the table."

"The room was clean and met our needs. All the staff we encountered were friendly and super helpful. We drove and the secure parking gave us peace of mind. Hotel is located close to the old centre. We would stay here again"

"Amazing property. We had a delightful two night stay. The only negative was the breakfast, which it is overpriced and you better wake up early or you risk not being even seen by the limited and overly busy attending personnel. The second day we sat at our table for more than 30 min unacknowledged. At that point we left and had breakfast at the local boulangerie."

"Fab. Lake activities for kids are fab! Just a short cycle away (if you drive in the summer parking is an issue) "

"Part of a road trip down though Switzerland onto Italian Lakes. Was a great convenient choice with a great steak restaurant next door. Breakfast was good but the queuing for the coffee machine was too long and affected the whole buffet queue! "

"Idealy located for me as the business I was attending to was in the same street. Good gated car park,friendly staff,excellent breakfast choice,lovely clean and warm room and comfy bed. would definately stay there again."
