Mostly good but interior layout and certain facilities very dated.
Location good - about 1 mile from lake front and 0.75 mile to nearest supermarket and bakery (both well stocked). Large garden provided plenty of space to kick a football around, and pool a great facility although a little small, considering the guest capacity of the property. Bathrooms very odd. Two of them contained massive tubs (dating from 1980s??) but nothing else. A house that size needs more bathrooms with loos and showers. Second floor 'dormitory' swelteringly hot in the height of summer - the only room with no aircon, and very little ventilation. Overall a positive experience as most time spent outdoors, but cannot give 5 stars as certain parts of interior need serious modernisation. Last thing: Alexandre Latscha from Savoie Lac agency was very helpful by phone and in person.

Et storfamilie-hus på en smuk egn
13 feriegæster (8-84 år) nød dette rummelige og velfungerende hus med stor have og pool, og vi foretog mange ture på den smukke egn. Udsigt og belysninger over sø og bjerge er fint at følge døgnet rundt. Vi oplevede det i strålende sol, men også i dårligt vejr må man kunne befinde sig godt der med plads til fællesskab og til små private kroge. Et ønske: Hellere flere brusebade og færre karbade!

Villa de rêve pour superbe semaine familiale
Nous avons passé une semaine de septembre très réussie. Nous étions en famille (3 générations !) La maison se prête très bien aux réunions de grandes familles car elle très spacieuse, les chambres (7) sont confortables, les 6 salles de bain et les 6 wc donnent un confort remarquable (même si la modernisation de deux d’entre elles serait bien venue). C’est une maison d’usage très facile qui permet la cohabitation entre plusieurs générations (pour les enfants : grand terrain plat engazonné, grande salle au deuxième étage qui peut servir de dortoir (6 lits), grand garage équipé en salle de jeux avec Ping Pong et baby foot de bistrot ; pour les plus grands les pièces de vie sont vastes et confortables, les terrasses équipées de leurs deux tables et de son salon de jardin, 8 places, nous a permis de vivre beaucoup à l’extérieur et de jouir largement de la tranquillité de l’endroit et de la beauté du site (vue direct sur le lac à l’ouest et dents de LANFON à l’Est) ainsi que d'un ensoleillement maximum (rive Est du lac d'Annecy). La piscine, chauffée, est très sympa car elle jouit d’une magnifique vue, elle est complètement sécurisée, par contre sa profondeur ne permet pas de plonger mais tous comptes faits c’est un avantage car elle est très ludique pour tous. Bref nous avons passé un super séjour, avec un temps merveilleux, ce qui ne gâte rien (mais nous nous sommes peu servi de la climatisation…). J’ajoute que le service de la conciergerie de l’agence est parfait et très réactif (petit problème de machine à laver, réglé dans la journée !). Nous reviendrons...
