Modern and functional villa located in a residential area in Fornells 200 meters far from the fishing port and the town center.

The villa has a private pool and has four large bedrooms, three bathrooms and a toilet, large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, a great terrace and a large patio.

It has air-conditioning in the living room, dining room and all bedrooms. Free wi-fi internet access.

Tourist services (room service, meals, drinks, etc.) are not provided inside the property during the guests' stay.

NOTE:

Construction works on a house are underway on the adjacent plot. Such works may cause some noise or disturbance.
Townhall regulations do not allow the use of heavy machinery in the months of July and August. Other construction works can be carried out from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
