The Hotel is located in the center of Condado area , which is very tourist oriented. The ocean view from the pool area is beautiful. The rooms are big and comfortable. The pool restaurant was really good.Staff was friendly.The only issue was that our room didn’t have a window.I had to change room and pay extra. Other than that we had a great experience.

The property was clean, however, the service was subpar at best. Breakfast was horrible (which was included) we are still waiting on the coffee… For this being a 4 star property I feel like the amenities were lacking.
