"This property was perfect for our family vacation - ages 5 to 68. The beds were comfortable, it was clean and exactly as advertised. The host seems very thoughtful with many nice touches. We loved swimming, tubing and fishing in the river. It is a very private spot. Everyone loved it!"

"I stayed at this cabin with three friends to celebrate our 60th birthday year. The cabin is in a quiet peaceful setting yet is convenient to Berkeley Springs and nearby Cacapon State Park. "The couple was very friendly. The room was so hot as the air was not turned on until we arrived. We were on the road all day and wanted crawl in bed. When I pulled the bed spread back there was a dust ball on the pillow and a sock and small rag came out. There was no sheet to cover the mattress. I did find the singel sheet half way down the bed. "House was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. We had just a little trouble with the key pad directions getting in but the host was responsive. The beds were clean and comfortable with at least memory foam toppers. The two full baths are both upstairs but are both well appointed, towels/hand towels could have been better stocked.
