The hotel was really nice, close to great dining. Staff recommended the Rib Shack about a mile away. If you ever stay air this location, you have to go there. Otherwise, the hotel was outstanding, great full breakfast; eggs, bacon, sausage, grits, oatmeal, toast, coffee, tea, waffles, it was great!

I was given a room with known issues. No bathroom mirror and shower not working. Even after I complaining in the morning, the shower was not fixed. I had to checkout without taking shower. I expected better from Sleep Inn and Suites.

The property itself was fine. We had brand new carpet in the room. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We did have some issues while we were there. Our cover on our key pad was off, our door wouldn’t lock properly when we closed it(that got fixed), our shower had no water pressure, the cleaning people took our towels and didn’t replace them, our key cards stopped working day 2 of a 4 day trip, day 3 there wasn’t any water at breakfast and it was all my husband could drink, and we had to replace our own toilet paper. The hotel itself isn’t bad, it’s just the little things that added up.

I would probably not stay here again. We are doing a long travel and Meridian MS was our midpoint in travel. But for a place to lay our head and have a decent breakfast, the price was right.

I was thoroughly impressed not only with the cleanliness of the entire hotel, but also the friendliness of every single staff member that I interacted with. Very impressive for a hotel on the lower budget range. My single disappointment was the lack of hot water for a shower in the morning. This would have been around 9:30. The water was tepid at best, and not a pleasant experience.
