"We had a wonderful stay. Short walk to the beach. Room was clean and very comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Pool hours were only to 7pm. Wish they were later. "

"The accommodation was as described and ver clean. We did notice that the dining chairs had lost their support and were very sagging. Unfortunately during our stay the living room curtain rail fell to the floor. This was due to its age and a number of broken brackets. Management was very prompt in attending but the curtains could not be put back up. "

"Charming cottage. Clearly a well loved family home. Clean and cheerful with a homely feel. Has everything needed for a short or long stay. Bob and Jackie are wonderful hosts. Very generous and helpful in responding to our requests: they persevered with communicating despite the frustratingly poor telecommunication coverage in the area. We - our grandkids, their parents and ourselves - were very comfortable in the house and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.. Would be very happy to stay there again. "

"Property is lovely, light filled and plenty of room Lots of cob webs on the windows, they should be better maintained, we had to buy rubbish bags and dishwasher tabs which was a bit ordinary, there is also no sound sysywhich would have been great to have. Overall though fabulous house and we had a great time"

"Brown carpet and furniture has absorbed years of cigarette smoke, which hits you in the face on opening the door. Dirt, dust, hair visible on and under bunk beds. Kitchen cabinet doors fell off. Dirty dishes in cabinets. Dead and live cockroaches aplenty. Outside deck was lovely."

"Can’t beat the location. Right in town and on the foreshore. Beautiful place to visit. There were some lovely touches like free beverages in the room, and it had all of the amenities needed. Designer room was a stretch and it was in a very old and tired building. There isn’t anyone keeping an eye on things overnight so at midnight there was a very noisy party in the pool which my balcony backed onto, resulting in very little sleep. "We only stayed one night, however we would have loved to stay more. We stayed in one of the tent/yurts with our two adult children and it was very nice and clean. It was truly glamping as you had the great outdoors and you could hear the wildlife outdoors but you had the convenience of a bathroom, beds and a kitchen. We loved it. The pool was nice as well and it is a short walk to the beach. "
