"The hotel staff is friendly and very accommodating. I had a front desk staff helpe with my bags to the room upon arrival which was super nice. They offered the best breakfast service I have ever seen in a hotel. The guest happy hour at the point was a treat to attend every evening. Watching the sunsets at the infinity pool lounge was breathtaking. The maid service came daily to place fresh linen on our bed and refresh our towels and water. Our room was well furnished, clean, and very new looking. The bed was very comfortable and pillows were great. There were some bugs mostly nats and mosquitoes though which is expected in a tropical location.The hotel did a very good job dealing with both in my opinion. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back and recommend to friends and family."
