"Trying to check into the property was difficult. No one was on site to help and calling for assistance was not successful. Other than that, the experience was amazing!! Room was clean abd spacious. Having an apartment with a kitchen and the laundry room were a plus. Would stay again and suggest to friends."

"We arrived last night on Saturday. On Sunday morning, after looking around we realized that the place was not cleaned at all and most probably for a long period of time. There was dirt all over the floor. All window drapes had dust and dirt on them. I had to clear it myself on our first day there. Owner promised to return the cleaning payment but that did not happen for strange claim that we did not clean up the place ourselves. "Apartment was scrupulously clean which was wonderful !! lKitchen has great appliances and dishes etc , nice sitting area and back deck . Shower ran out of hot water half way through every shower and the shower head was set up such that one had to huddle in the corner to bathe or risk blowing out the curtain and flooding the floor . Did not get choice of bedrooms as one was locked ,seemed odd . Overall good experienced and would stay here again ."

"Convenient to stores, lake, public transport. Things for children to play with. Personal touches. Had more than we expected. Would definitely book again if in the area. "

"Property is centrally located. The apartment is shockingly small. Smaller than the pictures show. There was no iron in the room and we could only get one between 11:00-15:00 the next day. The whole bathroom floods with a shower, the towels are not enough to keep it dry. Because there is no reception, you don’t have the option of late check out or storing your luggage, should you have a late flight."

"The hotel rooms are in major need of modernisation, extremely dated by modern standards. I think it is the only hotel where there as been a corby trouser press in the room. The room itself was very hot and there was no fan in the room. The pillows were just awful, they just disappeared into nothing when you put your head on them. "

"Right next to the Hauptbahnhof and close to shops and restaurants, breakfast was also included in our stay. Despite being next to the station it was quiet and we were not disturbed. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. Reception was helpful and check in and out efficient as you would expect. Breakfast had options for any diet, I’m vegan and had no problems. Best to avoid the dining room between 8.30 and 10 at weekends, It’s super busy. The hotel is in close proximity to the markets as well which is why we were in Leipzig. Would absolutely stay here again. "
