"The fitness facility was terrible. Old and broken equipment. The staff was smoking in the spa are despite the sign saying “no smoking.” The room was hot and i was unable to cool it. The shower was warm, not hot. The staff was nice at the desk. The breakfast was not very good. I have noticed Wyndham resorts are no longer nice. Whenever I goto a Wyndham resort, they are broken, old and in poor condition. Wyndham resorts have a very low standard for their properties. "

"I spent a pleasant 3 nights here. Internet, hot water, and cleanliness were top notch. Front desk staff were welcoming and accommodating. I recommend the hotel, the city it is in, not so much. "We had an issue at check in that we were hoping to get resolved. The General manager Suat, personally handled the situation. He was polite and very courteous as was all of the staff. The staff was always engaging and hospitable. The grounds and walking paths are impeccable. This is definitely a family resort, so if that’s what you are looking for, it’s perfect. "

"The staff were very friendly, offering tea and coffee all-day-long. Breakfast was also good and the rooms were well-maintained. I did not use the spa downstairs, but they offer massages there too. The main downside was the location. It is located in an automobile repair-industrial district. I was told by taxi drivers to avoid walking there at night, and transportation costs to and from the hotel by taxi can add up. "
