"I really enjoyed my stay at the Novotel! We were hesitating between a resort and staying right in Kuta, but I am glad we chose the resort. It gave us a nice and quiet place to hang out that was a needed contrast to the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were very helpful and nice! Huge shout out to: Leha, Erna, Ong, Sam (who gave the market tour), Rich man, and Ariana! I miss you guys! I would highly recommend!"

"It was a bit of a shock when driving from the main road to the property - at first it appeared to be in the middle of nowhere and seemed unsafe. We arrived at the property and were welcomed by really lovely staff, checked in and walked past reception and wow what an oasis - it was just like the photos - absolutely beautiful. There is nowhere around the villa to eat but there is a restaurant on site where you can order food anytime between 7am-10pm and there is transport available for a small fee...

"It's very nice there. The resort and the villas are very clean, as well as the private pool. The restaurant meals are extraordinary delicious! The location is good if you like it quiet. For us it was sometimes a bit annoying to always need a scooter to the supermarkert or to Kuta because around the resort there are basically no shops or restaurants.
