"This is a beautiful hotel! The restaurant in the hotel serves delicious food at reasonable prices. The area around the hotel is like a Hallmark Christmas town. The Christmas market was in the same town square and the atmosphere was very festive. A magical stay! "
"Hotel is located on a hill overlooking the valley - wonderful sunrise views. Property is well maintained and rooms/bathrooms well appointed.
One issue for us - we may have been placed into an accessible room - the bathroom light was tied to the door of the bathroom opening - there was no way to control the light other than the door (I asked). If you use the bathroom at night, and do not want the light to come on - you had to pull your key out of the main switch at the wall which cut all power...
"Beautiful grounds and building. Dinner was flavourful and breakfast had good variety. As a working convent, don’t expect sumptuous dining hall or rooms, but a unique experience all around."
"A good hotel very close to the railway station and not a long walk from the cathedral. Pleasant staff, good rooms, and a bar. Good value, highly recommended, especially if you are travelling by rail."
"The hotel was beautiful and comfortable! The whole village was like a postcard! The restaurant in the hotel was also fantastic and the staff were friendly and helpful!
The room and bed were excellent!"
"Staff and food was excellent. Room was fine for an overnight stay. Pool was a lovely extra. Bed was comfortable. Could do with a little upgrade re decor in room. Would visit again. "

"Lovely to have a proper coffee machine available 'free' 24/7 rather than sachets in the room.
So easy travelling by train, and the big AROK sign at the top of the building, visible as soon as exiting the station made it ultra easy to locate.
Quirky and stylish, a great stay."
"I’ve been at the Leonor several times in the last few years and it never fails to surpass expectations. Spaciious, comfortable rooms, nicely designed fixtures, and an excellent bar/restaurant attached to the hotel, in a perfectly situated section of Strasbourg. Compared to what you’ll find in London or Paris, this is an off-the-charts excellent value for the money."
"good location just outside the central very busy area so perfect for us. also just 6 or 7 mins walk to the station for daytrips etc. friendly staff. clean, bright, good breakfasts, good coffee available in reception / sitting area. "
"The location of the hotel was very convenient to the train station. Less than a five minute walk you were in the heart of a small restaurant and business district and only a few minutes from the major attractions in the city.
The hotel had a nice breakfast however, the lady managing the food seemed more interested in checking people‘s room numbers than keeping up with the food. More than one person commented they were out of eggs and running low on plates and glasses and she did not react until a large group of students came in and everything ran out. Other than this, everything was great, the hotel staff was welcoming. The room was comfortable and the outside noise was more than bearable for the area would definitely stay here again. One thing is the automatic lights in the hallway are extremely bright if you were there at night. Maybe a half power would be nice for the night time.

"Short walk to the city centre, comfortable and clean accommodation at a reasonable rate. Parking secure undercover was €13 per day. Continental breakfast was good value as was service. Staff recommended some great restaurants nearby. Would stay there again."
"Location was great--just a 10 minute walk to the tourist area. The room was nice and bed was comfortable. Staff was very helpful. On site parking is big plus but make sure to reserve a spot. We would definitely stay there again. "
