The location was great, with a shop, bakery and small park in walking distance, and Evron and Le Mans short drives away - a great base to explore the area. The property had everything we may need, including games consoles which was a pleasant surprise to our children. The pool and hot tub were welcome additions although the pool was nearly as hot as the hot tub! The only negative was the condition of the garden as a whole,...

"We transferred to this house after being let down by another. The owner communicated well (in French) with us as we made the transfer. Throughout the visit the owners communicated with us to ensure pool maintenance etc was not intrusive. A required repair was dealt with speedily and efficiently. The house is large with large grounds in a rural setting. The pool was heated to 26 degrees and maintained by the owner. It was the focus of our visit with the children and grandchildren. Le terrain était pratiquement sec, il était possible de profiter des extérieurs, les enfants ont pu se baigner, aller à la pêche, jouer au baby foot...
