Some faults
The address you gave us stated Grandvilliers when it actually was nearer Helensvilliers so we had trouble to find it. There were no directions only the address and that was difficult to find. On arrival we were told that one of the 2 showers in the property did not work and the plumber was going to repair it. However it was not repaired until 6 days later which was the day before we left. This meant as a family of 5 we had to share the one shower in our room every day which was completely unsatisfactory. There were no instructions about the use of the outside lights, the filter machine in the pool which did not move or the jacuzzi which we had to download on the internet. There was not sun umbrella on the outside table which had no shade during the day. We missed a kettle to boil water for tea. Overall what saved the holiday was the pool and the games table. However I think we should get a refund for the shower not working.

The Pool makes it worth your while
We enjoyed our stay, however we did not get any check info, after i contaced the person via vrbo app we got little details. On arrival we found that the house and property is much bigger then the foto's tell. Tip: please make up to date foto's and share some more details about the house, meaning a map. We didn't know the setting of the bedrooms and the couch which can be turned into a bed. So up stairs you have the sleeping couch in the open. Then 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with a double bed, and one with a dauble bed and a 1 person bed or you can setup a baby bed and fold this 1 person bed which can be stored in a closed on this floor. Also a bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine is on this floor. Donstair one bedroom with double bed and acces to a shower. What we missed, there was no kettle/water cooker. After a message the contact person orderred one and it arrived 3 days later. thanks for that. Also no sunbeds on the property, which are on the pictures. This is a miss, we would have used them during this hot season! please get some or update the pictures. Also no sunshades/umbrellas so the whole day you are sutting in the boiling sun! This is a must have. We would have liked some checkin details and desciption on how it all works. Notting here, we need to figure it all out. So how does the pool work, also the hottub/jaccuzi. the lights. No cleaning stuff available like a proper vacuum or mob to clean the floor. We did have a good time, just some tips !
