"It’s a functional one bedroom on a farm in a carved out area of a barn. The family who owns the farm are super nice people and their youngest daughter has the best smile. "The property was a bit overgrown. The tree in the front yard blocked the view of the house from the street. The steps going into the house are very steep first step about 10 inches made it a bit difficult for me with a bad knee. The back porch sitting area had a couple chairs and a table but, the tree next to it was overgrown and un able to use. I was in town for a wedding so for just sleeping two nights it was better than a hotel. I only mention these things so that maybe it was an oversight by...

She took my calls and was beyond helpful and kind at a late hour. I felt safe and was pleased with the property overall. I’m not a fan of well water, however, that’s a petty thing to say after getting one heck of a deal. It was beautiful and i absolutely felt like I was on vacation (far from Ohio!) "
