"Property was excellent. However we had great difficulty in contacting the keyholder as name and telephone number given by Inter Chalet on our travel documents were incorrect. Also when we eventually met the keyholder she had not been informed that we had pre-booked all bed linen. So on our arrival she had to make up 9 beds. This was obviously inconvenient and embarrassing both for her and us. It was not a good start to our stay. One final comment: although it didn't inconvenience us, on arrival...
