The room was really spacious and had a lovely private patio area. Staff was unavailable so check-in took over half an hour.

בסה"כ חוויה טובה
היתה לנו חופשה משפחתית כיפית. החוויה מהמלון הייתה בסה"כ טובה, אך לא מצויינת. הסוויטה הצרפתית היא למעשה עליית הגג של הוילה הראשית. מתוקף כך התקרה נמוכה באיזורים מסויימים, ואם הוילה רועשת אז שומעים זאת למעלה. יש לסוויטה חנייה צמודה ופרטית, ג'קוזי פרטי ובריכה נוספת קטנה יותר וקרובה יותר (לא פרטית). יש כניסה נפרדת לסוויטה, ויש גרם מדרגות עץ. מאחר והכל בנוי מעץ, יש מעט חריקות ורעשים מהציוד במטבחון. רמת הנקיון הייתה מספקת למרות שהרהיטים מיושנים ומעט בלויים. ארוחת הבוקר דיי פשוטה ובסיסית, אך מספקת. בחלל ארוחת הבוקר יש פסנתר, אשר מספק תעסוקה טובה לילדים אך גם רועש בסוויטה שלמעלה אם מנגנים מאוחר בלילה. האיזור מהמם ביופיו ויש המון אפשרויות לטיולים בסביבה, כמובן במרחק נסיעה.

כואב הלב לראות איך מזניחים השקעה כל כך גדולה. הבקתה והמתחם מעוצבים מדהים, עבודת נגרות משגעת, עיצוב כפרי חמים ופריטי נוי יפים, אבל, בלטו לעין ספה מטונפת ומפורעשת באמצע החדר מלמבדה אין איפה לשבת ולא נותר לנו אלא לכסותה בסדין על מנת לשבת, מנורה שבורה, חריונים על ריהוט הגן, ציפה שלא תואמת למיטה בגודלה, שטיחים מטונפים וקירות מוכתמים. ממש ממש חבל. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה בסדר, אבל חבל שכונת האספרסו לא עבדה ושהרצפה הייתה דביקה ומלוכלכת.

חדרים יפים, שירות גרוע
הזמנו חדר ברגע האחרון דרך האתר. כשהגענו לא היה להם מושג שאנחנו צפויים להגיע ולקח הרבה זמן עד שהחדר היה מוכן. לאחר כל ההמתנה קיבלנו לחדר עם ג'קוזי קר. הוסבר לנו שמשום שהם לא ידעו מראש שאנחנו מגיעים, החליפו את המים באותו היום בג'קוזי וצריך לחכות שעה עד שהמים יתחממו. לאחר שלוש שעות, כשהמים עדיין לא התחממו פנינו לקבלה שוב. הפקידה אפשרה לנו להשתמש בג'קוזי של החדר לידנו, שהיה פנוי. הלכנו ביחד לבדוק אותו, אך גם הוא היה קר! זה לא הפריע לפקידה להבטיח שתוך שעה הוא יתחמם. כמובן שזה לא קרה. רק למחרת בבוקר הג'קוזי סיים להתחמם. לאחר שהתלוננו הובטח ליתנו לנו שובר לספא כפיצוי. מאז עבר חודש ולא קיבלנו את השובר.
