"Enjoyed this beautiful home on Mexico Beach. Very clean, great beds, tons of tv’s, lots of seating in tv room, and well stocked Kitchen. There were plenty of beach chairs to use, a great beach wagon, beach towels and an easy walk to the beach. Safe gated community with a beautiful deck area on the intercoastal water. 10/10 "

"We had the best time on our family vacation. The house was spacious and so comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice. We were close to the beach and had all the amenities we needed. Even though we had problems with the wifi, we were able to contact Vacasa and they helped us repair it. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We look forward to staying here again soon."

"This home had everything we needed for my husband, daughter, our 10 month old grandson and our 4 legged “son” to enjoy our vacation. Everything was perfect! The beach access was a little more steep than we could handle with all of the “baggage“ we take to the beach, so we found it was easier to load up the truck and drive to the the Barnacle Beach access 1 mile to the east. Listing does not mention house under construction in lot directly beside house. Therefore ocean view was obstructed and did not have any view of sunset from house or deck. Also construction noise. "It is a very nice rental, plenty of place to sit inside and out. The open kitchen/living area makes it fell a lot larger and like it isn’t cramped. A few spots the floor boards are coming up(in kitchen) and the bathtub on the second floor leaked. It is a quiet beach with not a lot to do, if you are looking for a calm place to stay this is it. It has a short walk to the beach and nice pool area. We did see cockroaches but they were only outside, which is completely normal for any beach...
