This is the cutest hotel in an excellent location! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and we loved our room. I would 100% come back and stay here again.

Great price, staff was great and area was chill, however our room floor felt like parts if you walked on it you might fall through the boards. Our room smelt like mole and our window locks were broken.

Great hotel in a great location

Staff is wonderful, always willing to help and make our stay comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was firm and they had 3 types of pillows (soft, medium and firm), which was fantastic. Great location.

Lovely little hotel, easy walk to plenty of restaurants. If you get a street facing room it can be a little loud, but you get a nice balcony so it evens out. Service was nice.

I enjoyed my stay here! Staff are always very polite, professional, and helpful! The location of this hotel is perfect, too! A lot of dining options around the area and if you’re working, cafes with good wifi are abundant in the Condesa area, too. There were days I would go out at 9 or 10PM and be back at 3 or 4AM and I have always felt safe so I would say as a solo female traveler, safety is pretty good, too!

The location is great, very walkable to many restaurants. Bed was comfortable with a choice of soft and firm pillows (nice touch) but we stayed 4 nights and had to call every time we wanted hot water for a shower or shave. They need to do something to fix that.

Staff was very attentive and helpful with activities around Condesa. Common areas and room were very clean. This is a nice neighborhood to walk around and visit several outdoor coffee shops. Our bathroom shower door blocked the hot/cold water handled which can be tricky when setting appropriate temperature.

It was a great three days at the Casa Condesa. A great location in terms of access to the Metro as well as 10 minutes walk to Chapultepec park. Friendly staff, comfortable and clean room and a great little roof garden. I look forward to a return visit.

I didn’t notice any shopping nearby, though the selection of restaurants was impressive. It's a beautiful area, with lots of trees and gardens. It was cooler, so I never needed the air conditioner. My biggest complaint is tge noise in the room, particularly at night. There were machines going on and off all the time. I was woken up all three nights I was there. The staff was fabulous, very helpful.
