Great, Quiet Boutique hotel

Villa Condesa was a great, quiet, friendly boutique hotel. The courtyard and balcony were tranquil places to hangout and chillax. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. And Josue was very helpful with accommodating our change in plans.

Charming boutique hotel with a welcoming atmosphere! The staff was delightful, and the courtyard, main lobby, and shared balcony offered beautiful and relaxing common areas to unwind. Rooms in the main building appeared more updated, but overall, we felt safe on the quiet street and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We’d definitely book again!

It was a very nice stay, the people were super nice, and the breakfast was amazing. The only thing was that the bed wasn't comfortable because the mattress was extremely hard. Everything else was great.

Recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience. Boutique hotel with friendly staff. We stayed here for a long weekend and the staff was very nice. Rooms were clean. Quiet street - felt safe in the neighborhood. Very accommodating when we had to extend our stay when my husband and I were sick. Highly recommend!

Deserves 10 stars

Incredible service, very clean, located near many good restaurants (maybe too many) and walking distance or easy Uber to everything in CDMX. Beautiful patio if you choose to have breakfast or dinner there. We had breakfast there one day and it was great. No safety concerns, lovely quiet street, and cannot say enough good things about everyone who works there. Allow 40-45 minutes to get back to the airport.
