All the contact information was great (pictures made everything easy to understand). Of note, we had a minor crisis when an electrical issue locked us out of the unit. However, within 30 minutes, an email with the owner had it resolved. Simply, we were very well attended. Two things for American travelers to be aware: 1 - all contact was in English and we had no communication...

"Our second visit to Lyon was exceptional due in large part to this wonderful apartment. All the amenities were as advertised, and the location was perfect. Right next door to a pastry shop and across the street from a coffee shop and a grocery. Pascal the conciergerie met us with keys and a tour and even helped us get hooked up to the WiFi. 5 stars."

"This studio is priced well for what it offers. It is clean, quiet, and if you lean out the window you can see the mountains. It is also a fourth-floor walkup in a residential neighborhood, with the advantages and disadvantages that brings. On the corner there are a green-grocer, a bakery, a laundromat, and a "tacos" [North Americans would call them burritos] and doner place, as well as a subway and a bus station. The Velo'v bike rentals are two blocks away (in two directions). There is nothing...

"Die Ausstattung ist minimalistisch: nur zwei Wassergläser, keine Tassen, keine Weingläser, kein Korkenzieher ... Lediglich ein Stuhl - einen zweiten, leicht beschädigten haben wir im Hof gefunden. TV-hat nicht funktioniert. Es fehlt eine Gebrauchsanweisung - z.B. für Zugang zum Wifi. Das einzige Fenster ist die Eingangstür zu einem engen, dunklen Hinterhof, in dem sich eine Rattenfalle befindet. Man kann nachts nicht lüften."
